Children's Ministry at Faith Community Church offers an open invitation for the children of members, visitors, and the community to participate in our area of ministry.

Children's Ministry offers a structured Sunday school program from the months of September through May. The Sunday School schedule allows children to spend the first part of worship, which begins at 9 am, with their parents. Children 4 years through 6th grade will leave for class after the Children's Message. Sunday school is dismissed at 10 am, as our worship service ends upstairs. After church, families are invited to stay for refreshments in the Fellowship Hall.

"Family Days" are organized Sundays when the church celebrates communion or other special occasions. On these days everyone will stay in church together for the whole hour as there is no Sunday School. "Pew Pals" are often enjoyed by the children during our Family Days. These worship binders are available for all children, ages 4 years old through 4th grade. Family Days are an intentional part of our worship service, as we feel it is important for children to worship with their families on occasion, build intergenerational relationships and gain a sound understanding of the traditional adult worship experience. 

Annual events like Sunday School Kickoff, Christmas Program, Easter Egg Hunt, and VBS provide great opportunities for members to invite family and friends and for visitors to see what our area of ministry has to offer. Additional fun activities are scheduled throughout the year like our Fall Harvest Party, Girls' Choir, Parents Night Out, etc.
